Before asking for help

Use the current launcher

Download a fresh installer from this site rather than reusing an older local copy. The launcher keeps itself up to date once installed, but a stale installer can start you in the wrong place.

Run Verify / Repair

The launcher can compare your managed files against what the server expects and restore anything missing or damaged. This resolves most update and start-up problems on its own.

Keep your report focused

Share what you clicked, what happened, and the exact message shown. Never post passwords or private account information — no one from the team will ask you for them.

Nobody from Lineage Universe Reborn will ever ask for your password, and the only official download is the one linked from this site.
